We live in the age of the digital, in a world where ones and zeros rule our daily lives. As a designer in this age, it’s not often I get to break away from my keyboard, mouse, and Wacom. These weekly projects give me a chance to once again pick up a pencil, paintbrush, or the occasional power tool to conjurer up something unique and purely physical into our world.

This week I constructed a natural, organic home for my virtual creations. It was created simply from wood paneling, a piano hinge, and a bit of hardware. This project began as a portfolio case, however, it might just end up the perfect place to document all of these projects that I’ll create this year.
